Scott Hansen

B.A. Elementary Education - University of St. Francis (IL)

Mr. Hansen graduated from USF in Joliet in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education and middle school endorsements in math, language arts, and social studies. He took upper level math courses at both Waubonsee Community College and University of Illinois - Springfield in pursuit of subsequent certification to teach at the high school level. Mr. Hansen taught in public school for 18 years, mainly junior high math.

Mr. Hansen is married and has three children who attend ACS. He has coached several sports during his time as a teacher and currently coaches football at USF in Joliet. In his spare time, Mr. Hansen enjoys spending time with his family, watching and playing sports, cooking, and playing video games. He and his family attend Crossroads Community Church in Aurora.
